Katherine Porter Ragusa practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, probate, trust administration and taxation. For over twenty years, Ms. Ragusa was in-house counsel for one of the largest corporate fiduciaries in the nation. She regularly advises trust officers, relationship managers, investment managers and business leaders on legal issues, best practices and risk mitigation strategies. Ms. Ragusa uses this valuable experience to inform her advice to fiduciaries of all types. Her work in implementing estate plans and understanding the many ways that even the best plans can encounter future complications informs her planning advice and drafting decisions.

Ms. Ragusa is a past Chair of the Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Section of the Bar Association of San Francisco and past President of the San Francisco Estate Planning Council.
